INEOS makes no warranty or representation as to, and is not responsible for, the availability of replacement parts for the converted, modified vehicle.
INEOS makes no warranty or representation in relation to the safety, functionality, durability, fitness for purpose, materials or workmanship of or in respect of the work performed by the converter or any converted/modified vehicle.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, if any of the work performed by the converter affects a part or system that is fitted to or comprised within the base vehicle the INEOS New Vehicle Warranty will be invalidated and will no longer apply to the affected part or system.
