Your Career: As the Sales Performance Lead of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

The Role: The Sales Performance Lead drives sales performance globally by launching and implementing tools, incentives and programmes that will support the regions in achieving their objectives. The Sales Performance Lead will support the Commercial team in maximising sales channel performance and improving the sales funnel conversion through on-going monitoring, reporting and analysis.

For the Sales Performance Lead we are looking for:

  • An individual with experience working within the Automotive or OEM industries
  • Previous experience working within a sales team, with an understanding of how KPI’s drive sales performance, preferably within retail networks.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple regions
  • Salesforce and SAP systems knowledge
