    OVERVIEW:
    • Leading Safety, Health & Environmental initiatives for a greenfield manufacturing site with a ensure the welfare of our Teams and compliance with relevant SHE legislation.
    • The SHE Site Lead will be measured on a number of performance criteria, at both a group and site level.
    • The group measures itself against OSHA record-able rates and as such sets aggressive targets to maintain, if adequate systems and processes are implemented fully then the risk of such happening decreases in line with an improved culture.

    • NEBOSH Certification (strongly preferred).
    • Previous construction experience is advantageous.

    OVERVIEW:
    • To represent and provide legal counsel, advice and support to Procurement/Supply Chain department working on the drafting, negotiation and completion of proforma and supplier contracts thereby helping maximise the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of these aspects for the business.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • The role involves supporting and advising the business on all legal and commercial activities relating to the supply chain (both manufacturing and non-manufacturing).
    • Oversight of all day-to-day commercial and contract law matters, including NDAs, drafting contracts (proforma and bespoke), advising and supporting the procurement team members and managers in negotiations with suppliers and overseeing the contractual process up to and including (and sometime after) signature.
    • Initial work to produce suite of standard form contracts for use by procurement team.
    • Adapted from existing standard contracts or create from scratch ; Able to use in many situations ; Easily accessible and simple to use ; Present to suppliers at the start of the contracting process.
    • Provide initial draft contract or review supplier initial draft contract as required.
    • Amend contract in line with negotiated position.
    • Support and advise procurement team members and managers on the law and contract process including participation in meetings/telecons/etc.
    • Obtain external advice where necessary (foreign lawyer/accountant).

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Site Manager will be responsible for the Bridgend legal entity and for all non- productive related activities. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the site ensuring it remains within legal and SHE compliance.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for SHE compliance and overall site target.
    • Determine and manage the budget to ensure the resources (time, money, capital equipment, etc.) required to operate and complete the planned annual objectives.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Construction Site Lead will develop and deliver the construction project, related to Land, Buildings, Infrastructure and Utilities ensuring that everything is in place to accommodate the installation and safety acceptance of machinery and equipment, and office space whilst ensuring that we meet our legal obligations for compliance across all areas of Health, Safety and Environmental impact, to meet the SOP date.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • The Construction Site Lead will ensure that all facilities are in place on-time for the installation of machinery, equipment and offices and ensure long term operability of the plant after SOP.
    • Meet Industrialisation time schedule and Opex/Capex budget related to Land, Buildings Infrastructure and Utilities.
    • Assist in the selection, pre-qualification and hiring and subsequently lead and manage external, competent contractors responsible for construction and/or refurbishment of the facilities.
    • Assist in projects for the design, and construction of buildings and infrastructure that meet manufacturing requirements with fit for purpose technology and meet relevant building standards for legal compliance, for the benefit of productivity and product cost.
    • Provide the business with support and technical evaluation for the hiring of competent contractors, purchase of capital equipment related to facilities, maintaining good communication with purchasing staff, to ensure purchase of suitable equipment and ensuring that equipment is installed in line with necessary EU directives and ‘bought off’ via a safety acceptance process.
    • Ensure risk assessments and hazard identification are carried out for all tasks being undertaken by all under the direct control of the job holder and implement any necessary control measures. Develop daily ‘line up’ meetings between contractors to ensure no conflicts in task planning and arrange for daily monitoring to ensure safe work practices.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM, and be able to demonstrate direct knowledge of the automotive manufacturing design and launch process, from concept to industrialisation.
    • A detailed knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental legislation and the necessary requirements needed to ensure safe work practices and legislative compliance.
    • Technical undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science, with further study in Business.
    • Board level experience.
    • Intimate automotive operations know-how gained over a long career in automobile manufacturing, SHE qualifications an advantage.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivery.

    OVERVIEW:

    • The incumbent is required to create, develop, implement and deliver the Marketing & Communications strategy.
    • The Head of Marketing Communications requires extensive experience of both marketing and PR, preferably within the automotive industry.
    • They will be integral to the process of establishing a new marketing, communications plan, to successfully bring a new brand and vehicle to the market and beyond.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Define, develop and implement a fully-costed worldwide marketing & PR campaign for Grenadier to start of production and beyond, consistent with brand values.
    • Coordinate and manage INEOS Automotive’s roster of agency partners to ensure consistent and coherent execution of the marketing & PR plan.
    • Based on prior experience, develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the media across the three categories of automotive, business and lifestyle.
    • Close working relationship with the Network Development Manager, Brand Manager and After-Sales Manager to develop an integrated plan for product launch.
    • Support the development of the INEOS corporate internal and external communications plan.
    • Manage annual marketing & PR budget, measuring marketing & PR spend effectiveness against pre-agreed KPIs for return on investment.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Data Architect will take overall responsibility for the development of the data architecture for the company’s IT systems. The Data Architect will set out the data architecture principles, provide clear data models and control documents that will enable the implementation of a robust information management framework. This will include establishing an organisational data information framework, introducing appropriate data standards, ensuring good data governance principles are adhered to and ensuring an efficient flow of data between IT systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, PLM, Websites etc.) Build out a big data/data analytics platform in the next 3 months. The incumbent should have experience of systems integration in a cloud environment and take responsibility for various data/information/integration related projects.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Define information/data strategy and roadmap.
    • Develop and maintain the data architecture covering business, technology, application and the respective data flows.
    • Establish data standards, principles and practices to provide for effective governance.
    • Accountable for information and data architecture decision-making of standardising information systems and processes.
    • Establish data solution designs and the approach for how data are defined and developed.
    • Define, design, simplify and standardise the technical data architecture landscape.
    • TOM creation, definition and maintenance. Governing the consistent use of data ensuring that integrity is preserved.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Controls Systems Engineer will support the project team in facilitating production goals of the Grenadier Program. Starting from the initial engineering reviews with the line builders through commissioning stage towards final acceptance, assuring the equipment and processes have been delivered in accordance with the INEOS specification and related legislations. On launch of the new facility the position holder will be responsible to address and rectify any matters that require attention prior the final production, assuring minimum machinery downtime and high equipment efficiency. Future projects and continues improvement will be essential to sustain the world class excellence as well as compliance to safety and environmental legislation.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Implementation of Controls Systems processes with accordance to INEOS specification and industry standards, ensuring personnel and machinery safety practices are adhered to.
    • Plan and oversee line and equipment builds, installation, commissioning, and launches
    • Target achievement for production-relevant goals (deadlines, quantities, process reliability, quality and content).
    • Support, implementation and integration with MES/MOM and other third-party equipment or software.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The BI Developer will be responsible for the scope, design, build, management, and oversight of all major dashboard designs within the organisation, providing robust reporting/analytical solutions to support strategic aims. This is a key role within the organisation that will require coordination and control of data manipulation and translation across divisional siloes, including dealing with key stakeholders across the organisation.
    • The BI Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI and Data Warehouse solutions, transforming data into useful Business insight that helps to drive tactical and strategic decision making through relevant dashboards and reports.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models to support new and existing Data Warehouse projects.
    • Actively engaging in Business Intelligence deliveries from requirements gathering, through to changing and/or extending the operational data store, data warehouse (Kimball) and data marts.
    • Identify report data requirements and create comprehensive technical design specifications.
    • Build and maintain data mart structures that will be used by the business

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Cost Engineer will evaluate different technologies, processes and supplier quotes to support engineering as well as procurement selecting the most appropriate design. The quote analysis will also be used by procurement for negotiating the best cost for the production material.
    • After successfully launching the 4x4, the Cost Engineer will be continuously exploring cost down ideas. Process analysis and optimisations at the supplier´s plants are other key activities of the cost engineer.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support the engineering and design process by comparing different processes, production materials and production locations on the basis of calculations.
    • Provide design recommendations on the basis of cost evaluations.
    • Conduct on-site process analysis and process optimization at the supplier plants to improve our cost position.
    • Implement and monitoring of cost down measures at the suppliers to support multi-year savings contracts.
    • Analysis of supplier quotes to identify negotiation possibilities.
    • Lead Make or Buy studies together with controlling to improve cost position or supply delivery performance and support market value proposition.
    • Support material cost controlling with bottom-up cost analysis of products, processes or hole plants.
    • Supplier development with regards to the suppliers cost position and by that its robust financial performance.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM.
    • Able to demonstrate direct knowledge of value analysis and value engineering.
    • Experience in leading cross functional change management and cost down projects.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Category Specialist will lead and develop the procurement strategy for selected Categories of the Production Material using his experience to ensure that the business is.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Manage all procurement activities related to the selected categories.
    • Identify and source the components and systems with the best technical and commercial fit to the vehicle and operations requirements.

    • Help drive and deliver all procurement activities of the project phase e.g. through close cooperation with the cost engineers.
    • Work closely with the Engineering, Sales and Operations to agree future demand plans, materials and equipment.

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    OVERVIEW:
    • As an Emissions Certification & Compliance Lead you will work in a OEM new product development environment that develops On Road and Off-Road Vehicles from concept to launch.
    • One of the key deliverable's of this position is obtaining certification approvals from government staff (for example the U.S. EPA, or the California Air Resources Board), and Emissions new WLTP in Europe.
    • You will interact with cross functional teams to ensure our products meet all applicable emissions and fuel economy regulations.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop and deliver an effective and efficient Homologation and regulatory process focused on Emissions and Exhaust.
    • Provide guidance and information on emission regulations and amendments to the business including Engineering, Quality and Commercial.

    OVERVIEW:
    • A senior leadership role responsible for developing, defining and then delivering the go-to-market strategy for continental Europe, our single most important market region.

    • The Chief Engineer for Doors and Closures will be responsible for the design, release and launch of the scopes. The Chief Engineer will lead the business development, proposal and project delivery activities, specifically within Doors & Closures, including technical specifications, design standards and product testing.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the long-term manufacturing resource planning and short-term manufacturing planning for paint, body and GA operations and maintains business SHE targets, volume, cost control, quality and continuous improvement goals and sustains legal and regulatory compliance.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Manufacturing Engineering – Paint Manager position is charged with facilitating the production goals of the Grenadier Program for process safety, quality, timing, costs, efficiency (HPV, eHPV). The ME-Paint is the architect of the shop methods and processes, and the representative of Manufacturing.
    • The ME-Paint must ensure the feasibility of the products, prove and guarantee the build-ability of the products, in the trail builds, and series production, for launch through to the long-term capacity of the system. The ME-Paint Manager supports the MPPL, as they create the methods, processes, and capacities of the total production process.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensuring target achievement for production-relevant goals (deadlines, costs, quantities, process reliability, HPV, eHPV, quality and content).
    • Planning, monitoring, controlling and ensuring the execution of work packages in terms of performance, capacities, costs, deadlines and quality.
    • Development of a project structure and process plan (work packages, deadlines, etc.) together with the Industrialisation PMO, as well as agreement of targets within the project organization.
    • Analysis of the target and actual data during the course of the project and identification of needs for action, and proposed solutions to reach the targets.
    • Introduction of production concerns into the project or other functional areas in the project (development support and other areas).
    • Commissioning of functional groups to investigate production alternatives.
    • Representation of the product project with regard to production in the relevant committees and with contracted resources for methods, processing, work-instructions, line and equipment builds, installation, commissioning, and launches.
    • Regular information to the Program teams, the Facilities teams, and the Operating groups (eg. UK and EU) regarding the current status of the project work.
    • Implementing project and product goals by means of target agreements with the technical and facilities teams.
    • Compliance with the conditions of all responsible systems (process safety, quality, quantities, HPV, eHPV, cost, and morale).
    • The manufacturability of the products in series systems and the short and long-term ability to match target to actual.
    • Support product launches, with supplemental problem-solving capabilities and feedback through to Engineering, Support Departments, and Chief Engineer functions.
    • Coordinate and help train an Advance Manufacturing Engineering ad-hoc team prior to launch(es), to achieve group objectives and maximise product, process, equipment, and methods readiness.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible to assemble and manage a team of employees and contractors that will take care of non-production related facility issues such as grounds keeping, plumbing, electricity, HVAC, canteen, fencing, gym, security, building maintenance and repair etc.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Participate in the construction of the facility to gain as much knowledge as possible on how to best maintain the facility as it goes into operation.
    • Secure a team of direct employees and contractors, in close cooperation with HR and Procurement, that has the ability to provide day to day facilities support ensuring as safe, secure and cost-effective work environment.
    • In close cooperation with Procurement acquire tools and equipment nessesary to maintain and operate the facility on a day to day basis.

    • Ensure risk assessments and hazard identification are carried out for all tasks being undertaken by you, your team and sub-contractors under your direct control. Implement any necessary control measures and risk assessments according to INEOS Automotive SHE standards.
    • Ensure reactive maintenance is completed as needed to ensure the safe and continued running of all facilities. To be done promptly and recorded into the maintenance system, adding preventative tasks where possible to reduce the need for reactive maintenance in future.

    OVERVIEW:
    • Context: The manufacture of an uncompromising 4 x 4 automotive vehicle is a new departure for INEOS.
    • The role will cover all necessary Supplier Quality activities during the product generation phase end the serial production phase.
    • During the product generation phase the Supplier Quality Engineer will evaluate suppliers to ensure that from a quality perspective INEOS source the most adequate suppliers. Plan and control all necessary supplier during the product generation phase. In addition, the employee will manage the supplier maturity gate process to safeguard the ramp up of serial production.
    • The job holder will conduct supplier quality monitoring as well as supplier development to maintain high quality product supply and continuously improve product and process quality of our suppliers. The job holder also manages supplier activities within product changes and takes care about needed requalification.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Supplier evaluation before nomination for serial production and during serial production.
    • Continuous monitoring of supplier quality performance and classify each supplier into a certain performance category.
    • Identify supplier quality risk, define actions and ensure availability of parts in the requested quality along the project milestones.
    • Supplier development to maintain and improve product and process quality through risk assessments, FMEA reviews and on-site process analysis.
    • Identify and implement cost down measures through process and product analysis to support continuous EBIT optimization of INEOS.
    • Management of supplier quality claims covering evaluation of 8D reports, measure definition and monitoring as well as claim closure.
    • Management of the maturity gate process for suppliers’ production process, equipment and tooling during project phase.
    • Ensure the serial production readiness before vehicle launch and during serial production in case of relocations, technical changes or supplier changes.
    • Management of the supplier APQP and PPAP process.
    • On-site supplier assessments and audits.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    The incumbent will have a minimum of:

    • Ideally 3-7 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM.
    • Able to demonstrate direct knowledge of automotive supplier quality management from concept-through-industrialisation-to-operation.
    • Experience in leading cross functional change management projects.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivery.
    • Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • There will be significant travel involved in the role.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Controls Systems Engineer will support the project team in facilitating production goals of the Grenadier Program. Starting from the initial engineering reviews with the line builders through commissioning stage towards final acceptance, assuring the equipment and processes have been delivered in accordance with the INEOS specification and related legislations. On launch of the new facility the position holder will be responsible to address and rectify any matters that require attention prior the final production, assuring minimum machinery downtime and high equipment efficiency. Future projects and continues improvement will be essential to sustain the world class excellence as well as compliance to safety and environmental legislation.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Implementation of Controls Systems processes with accordance to INEOS specification and industry standards, ensuring personnel and machinery safety practices are adhered to.
    • Plan and oversee line and equipment builds, installation, commissioning, and launches
    • Target achievement for production-relevant goals (deadlines, quantities, process reliability, quality and content).
    • Support, implementation and integration with MES/MOM and other third-party equipment or software.
    • Implementing project and product goals by means of target agreements with the technical and facilities teams.
    • Support the Maintenance team to implement preventative maintenance strategies.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • BEng in Automation and Control or similar discipline such as Electrical Electronic, IT.
    • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience ideally gained in the Automotive industry.
    • Software design development and commissioning skills using TIA Portal, WinCC, OPC UA.
    • SCADA development and commissioning.
    • Integration with MES, Robots, Vision systems, other.
    • Profinet, PROFIsafe.
    • Robotics – Dürr, Fanuc, other.
    • Process Engineering and OEE.
    • Project Management skills.
    • Understanding of ISO12100.
    • Compliance with ATEX & DSEAR standards.
    • Continuous improvement – leading by example, getting things done attitude.
