  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • The Logistics Manager will set up the Supply Chain for the designated INEOS manufacturing location including; internal material flow from external logistic providers to the point of use in manufacturing. The job holder will manage all activities to ensure that the supply of materials is delivered to the point of use in manufacturing, including external INEOS locations, ensuring minimum stock levels within the supply chain.  
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Plan, develop, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
    • Ensure an efficient material flow from logistic service provider to the point of use in manufacturing. 
    • Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule.
    • Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
    • Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
    • Utilise any IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
    • Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.
    • Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.
    • Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organisation.
    • Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance.
    • Deliver solutions to logistics issues while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
    • Help selecting logistic service providers and monitor service against performance criteria.
    • Help to ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
    • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues.
    • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports.
    • Interpret trends and analyse and review data. Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organisation to aid customer service and cost improvements.

    • Experience in Automotive Logistics.
    • Prior experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts the costs, production, manufacture and customer order fulfilment.

    • Working knowledge of payroll systems and process, and good practice in developing, implementing and improvement in all HR transactional activities.

    • To support the creative development and global implementation of the brand visual identity along with its supporting enabler tools, which will include colour and trim.

  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
    • The Recruiter will provide and own generalist support for the end to end recruitment process, working with agencies as required and managing the process through to final sign off and contract issue. 
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Source and recruit the best talent for the business, by working closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing criteria and create candidate search and selection strategy.
    • Actively approach candidates for opportunities, explain positions and select possible candidates for interviews.
    • Provide hands-on recruitment support for onsite Interviews, interview days and or Assessment centre days and organise and participate in hiring and university events as required.

  • OVERVIEW:
    • The SAP Support Analyst will support a diverse SAP S4/HANA userbase across a newly formed global venture. With planned implementation through 2020/1 covering FICO, SD, MM, VMS, WMS and other modules the role is focused on ensuring a seamless adoption of the new functionality for our people.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Monitor the SAP S4/HANA application suite, analyse reports from the system or third parties and follow defined processes to solve the problem or escalate it.

  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • As a Passive Safety CAE/Lead you will work in a OEM new product development environment that develops On Road and Off-Road Vehicles from concept to launch. One of the key deliverables of this position is obtaining certification approvals for entering to Grenadier target markets (USA FMVSS, EU and RoW). You will interact with cross functional teams to ensure our products meet all applicable Passive Safety regulations.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage and monitor all restraint system development from suppliers, from component to system level, to archive USA FMVSS and EU Passive Safety Regulations.
    • Work with vehicle program teams to provide Passive Safety regulatory guidance and where necessary address Passive Safety issues. 
    • Develop and deliver an effective and efficient homologation and regulatory process focused on passive safety topics together with homologation manager.
    • Provide guidance and information on passive safety regulations and amendments to the business including Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Commercial. 
    • Manage testing of vehicle programs to address passive safety compliance requirements. 
    • Support the development and maintenance of internal policies and processes related to the application, implementation, enforcement and audit of all policies, standards and regulations.
    • Work with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to ensure compliance of products in the respective markets where the products will be sold.
    • Prepare, review and submit type regulatory approval documents and drawings to applicable regulatory bodies.

    • Eigenständige Bearbeitung sämtlicher administrativer HR-Vorgänge im Rahmen von Einstellungen, Versetzungen, Austritten (inklusive Zeugniserstellung) und sonstigen personellen Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen HR Business Partner.
    • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Dienstleister sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Maßnahmen zum Jahresende/-wechsel.
    • Verwaltung der Mitarbeiterdaten und Personalakten unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben zum Datenschutz.
    • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von neuen Regelungen bzw. Gesetzesänderungen in den entsprechenden entgeltrelevanten Prozessen und Systemen.
    • Zentraler Ansprechpartner im Rahmen der Gehaltsabrechnung für interne Abteilungen (z.B. Finanzwesen) sowie externe Stellen (z.B. externer Dienstleister, Finanzamt, Krankenkassen).
    • Begleitung von Audits im Bereich HR wie z.B. Lohnsteuer-/Sozialversicherungsprüfung.
    • Unterstützung bei Sonderaufgaben und Projekten im Bereich HR wie z.B. die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen Prozessen, Richtlinien, Systemen etc.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Human Resources z.B. IHK Personalfachmann (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen.
    • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der HR Administration, Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, und der Personalbetreuung (bevorzugt im Automotive Umfeld).
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen personalrelevanten Rechtsgebieten (Arbeit, Sozial, LSt, SV).
    • Gute PC-Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in HR Systemen.
    • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie starke Serviceorientierung.
    • Ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft und hohe Motivation unser neugeschaffenes Unternehmen sowie den HR-Bereich stetig weiterzuentwickeln.

  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • The Material Planning Manager will be responsible for integrating the production material suppliers into our end to end supply chain. The job holder will manage all activities to ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.
    • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of use in manufacturing.
    • Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule.
    • Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
    • Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement.
    • Utilise any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required.
    • Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
    • Monitor inventory levels within the whole Supply Chain against agreed target levels.
    • Minimise obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.
    • Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organisation.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production.
    • Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands.
    • Develop and implement processes and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in conjunction with members of the purchasing team.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE
    • 5 years experience in Automotive Logistics.
    • Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
    • Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts the costs, production, manufacture and customer order fulfilment.
    • Results orientated and organised with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.
    • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Project management skills.
    • SAP (MM) experience as user.
    • Experience in material planning.
