    OVERVIEW:
    • The Procurement Specialists will be responsible for direct sourcing (production and non-production) and working closely with Quality, Engineering and Planning in line with the project strategy, while developing partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.
    • The following product lines are available: Body in White (BIW), Interior, Exterior, Electrics, Powertrain, Accessories, Manufacturing (Operational Buyer).
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Developing and implementing an effective supplier base and partnerships to create a reliable and long-term source of supply.
    • Sourcing and forming strategic supply base management and handling activities such as financial management and issue resolution.
    • Analysing production and procurement lead times to ensure customer requirements can be met.
    • Responsible for ensuring prices negotiated with approved suppliers are consistent and are as competitive as previously supplied development and integration of supply agreements.
    • Continuously seeking measurable improvement opportunities which will contribute towards achieving high standards of operational excellence.
    • Effectively managing sub-contractors ensuring that supplies meet company output plan.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The SharePoint Support Analyst will take responsibility for the organisation of the company’s document management requirements. This includes working with the business and partners to identify the most appropriate document management platform(s), adopting a working approach to centralise as much as where practically possible. Ensure that documents are made available to the appropriate consumers – whether direct through the document management solution, or 3rd party systems e.g. SAP, SalesForce, Teamcenter, HR and common project management platforms. Take ownership for the day-to-day governance of document eco-system including creation/upkeep of user/group permissions, data classification and security of documents.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Work with third party solution providers and implementation partners to implement an appropriate cloud-based document management approach.
    • Work with third party solution providers and implementation partners to implement an appropriate document management solution to ensure core IT systems can access documents in an efficient appropriate manner.
    • Work with the Data Architect to define and implement relevant document management governance framework.
    • Implement data classification capability.
    • Define data access approach, implement and then maintain appropriate permissions to documents.
    • In conjunction with the IT Security Manager ensure a robust security capability is agreed and then implemented.
    • Work on any ad hoc related projects or tasks as provided by Head of IT.
    • Work collaboratively with the various IT teams in order that they receive a fast, accurate and high-quality service.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • Experience with defining cloud-hosted document management architectures, including governance and security.
    • 5 years+ SharePoint, or other document management platform experience (OpenText is a plus).
    • Confident with organising documents for different consumer groups (whether direct, or through a third party system e.g. SAP or SalesForce).
    • Work with business and data architect to implement document classification policy.
    • Ability to define and administer access control to documents.
    • Very good understanding of Office 365 suite of applications (Forms, Delve, OneDrive etc.).

    OVERVIEW:
    • Provide administrative support to senior management team.
    • Act as first point of contact for colleagues, customers, visitors, and also wider contacts throughout other INEOS businesses.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Digital Support Analyst provides support to the IT team to respond to business requests to manage our core CMS platform and build digital solutions/apps, that may be on our website, app platform or for internal use.
    • The role will provide crucial assistance in providing the business with innovative and cost saving solutions as well as delivering solutions that will improve our customer experience and drive process efficiencies through our website, app platform and CRM solution.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    OVERVIEW:
    • The CRM (Salesforce) Support Analyst will oversee the day-to-day management of our entire Salesforce estate including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
    • Hands on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, security, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows, and other 3rd party applications.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Day-to-day maintenance and configuration of Salesforce (sales, service and marketing cloud).
    • Support our delivery partners and eventually lead on the creation of E-mails and campaigns.

    OVERVIEW:
    • To ensure commercial asset security management, reduce the risk of loss and provide secure work environment for employees by effectively managing a contracted service ensuring compliance with INEOS Group policies and procedures.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop a site-specific fire protection and fire risk assessment which is in line with Group standards, local legislative requirements and Insurance guidelines.
    • Develop a site-specific security plan which accounts for access control and necessary surveillance which will minimise loss and allow only authorised persons to site.
    • In conjunction with sites, develop business contingency plans to ensure production disruptions can be managed effectively and alternative work arrangements can be accounted for and communicated to employees.
    • Establish KPI’s (key performance indicators) and SLA’s (service level agreements) for contracted security service support to work to and be measured against which protects INEOS interests.
    • This strategic and at times tactical role will focus on securing and protecting INEOS emloyees, interests and property and look to add maximum value from contracted services by diligently measuring SLA’s aginst services received.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • Diploma (level 5) or equivalent.
    • 5-7 years of progressively responsible, security related experience required.
    • 2 years prior fire prevention/ protection experience or equivalent fire education required.
    • Demonstrated understanding of security operations required and proven experience in practical problem solving.
    • Thorough working knowledge of the requirements of fire safety and related safeguards.

    OVERVIEW:
    • Working closely alongside the Network Development Manager and wider Commercial teams, the role is required to contribute to the definition of the Grenadier Customer Life cycle management strategy, create a detailed plan and continuously improve the Customer experience.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Define the Grenadier Customer Life cycle management strategy & continuously improve the Customer experience for all markets across the Globe.
    • Run customer clinics and/or qualitative market research to understand behaviour, trends and based on findings, build customer intelligence and provide customer insight and impact analysis.
    • Define Customer journey – sales/service and ownership in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support Grenadier Call Centre activation, operational set up and maintenance.
    • Full responsibility for our CRM system - Planning, delivering and enhancing CRM strategies across the company - encouraging advocacy, customer retention and customer loyalty as well as overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM.

    • In collaboration with our Digital Marketing Manager and Social Content Manager define overall details of the data strategy.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our brand new factory. Responsible for the whole site ensuring it remains within legal and SHE compliance.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for SHE compliance and overall site target.
    • Determine and manage the budget to ensure the resources (time, money, capital equipment, etc.) required to operate and complete the planned annual objectives.
    • Regular reviews of the production and site schedule with key stakeholders, instigate and revise schedules/plan as required to meet objectives.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Cost Engineer will evaluate different technologies, processes and supplier quotes to support engineering as well as procurement selecting the most appropriate design. The quote analysis will also be used by procurement for negotiating the best cost for the production material.
    • After successfully launching the 4x4, the Cost Engineer will be continuously exploring cost down ideas. Process analysis and optimisations at the supplier´s plants are other key activities of the cost engineer.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Support the engineering and design process by comparing different processes, production materials and production locations on the basis of calculations.
    • Provide design recommendations on the basis of cost evaluations.
    • Conduct on-site process analysis and process optimization at the supplier plants to improve our cost position.
    • Implement and monitoring of cost down measures at the suppliers to support multi-year savings contracts.
    • Analysis of supplier quotes to identify negotiation possibilities.
    • Lead Make or Buy studies together with controlling to improve cost position or supply delivery performance and support market value proposition.
    • Support material cost controlling with bottom-up cost analysis of products, processes or hole plants.
    • Supplier development with regards to the suppliers cost position and by that its robust financial performance.

    • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM.
    • Able to demonstrate direct knowledge of value analysis and value engineering.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Category Specialist will lead and develop the procurement strategy for selected Categories of the Production Material using his experience to ensure that the business is.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Manage all procurement activities related to the selected categories.
    • Identify and source the components and systems with the best technical and commercial fit to the vehicle and operations requirements.
    • Prepare, facilitate and execute sourcing decisions - all sourcing decisions are cross functional aligned between engineering, manufacturing, quality and procurement.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best balanced commercial terms considering technical feasibility, volume demands, quality and manufacturing requirements.
    • Fulfil all relevant project targets regarding material and tooling cost as well as timeline.
    • Constant observation of the global supply market regarding changes that affects our business.
    • Develop and align in a cross-functional manner category strategies considering global supply market developments as well as internal requirements.
    • Identify, evaluate and countermeasure risks associated with the supply chain of the selected categories.
    • Manage raw material fluctuations with the suppliers.
    • Establish and secure reliable supply chains during serial production.
    • Support the Procurement Manager Production Material in developing and delivering the transition strategy for procurement from project to operation.
    • Help drive and deliver all procurement activities of the project phase e.g. through close cooperation with the cost engineers.
    • Work closely with the Engineering, Sales and Operations to agree future demand plans, materials and equipment.
    • Network with the wider INEOS organisation to maximise group leverage possibilities.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • The incumbent will have a minimum of ideally 8-10 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or automotive OEM.
    • Previous direct knowledge of automotive procurement from concept-through-industrialisation-to-operation.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Project Engineers will be responsible for supporting the design, release and launch of each product line. They will manage the business development, proposal and project delivery activities, including technical specifications, design standards and product testing.

    • The FMEA Moderator takes over the coordination and moderation of FMEA sessions with the respective departments, controls the sessions and is responsible for documenting the results.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Planning and execution of FMEA Meeting in accordance with APQP planning.

    • The Module (Lead) Engineer Vehicle Integration will assist in development activities from concept to operation of the first vehicle and beyond. The Module (Lead) Engineer Vehicle Integration will be a member of the Engineering developing team.
    • The role will cover two phases. In phase one, the ‘Digital Phase’, the vehicle will be designed and simulated simultaneously.     • As an Emissions USA Certification Lead you will work in an OEM new product development environment that develops On-Road and Off-Road Vehicles from concept to launch.
    • One of the key deliverables of this position is obtaining certification approvals from government staff for U.S. EPA, or the California Air Resources Board.

    OVERVIEW:
    • Context: The manufacture of an uncompromising 4 x 4 automotive vehicle is a new departure for INEOS.
    • The role will cover all necessary Supplier Quality activities during the product generation phase end the serial production phase.
    • During the product generation phase the Supplier Quality Engineer will evaluate suppliers to ensure that from a quality perspective INEOS source the most adequate suppliers. Plan and control all necessary supplier during the product generation phase. In addition, the employee will manage the supplier maturity gate process to safeguard the ramp up of serial production.
    • The job holder will conduct supplier quality monitoring as well as supplier development to maintain high quality product supply and continuously improve product and process quality of our suppliers. The job holder also manages supplier activities within product changes and takes care about needed re-qualification.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Supplier evaluation before nomination for serial production and during serial production.
    • Continuous monitoring of supplier quality performance and classify each supplier into a certain performance category.
    • Identify supplier quality risk, define actions and ensure availability of parts in the requested quality along the project milestones.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Manufacturing Engineering Lead – Paint position is charged with facilitating the production goals of the Grenadier Program for process safety, quality, timing, costs, efficiency (HPV, eHPV). The ME-Paint is the architect of the shop methods and processes, and the representative of Manufacturing.
    • The ME Lead - Paint must ensure the feasibility of the products, prove and guarantee the buildability of the products, in the trail builds, and series production, for launch through to the long-term capacity of the system. The ME-Paint Manager supports the MPPL, as they create the methods, processes, and capacities of the total production process.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensuring target achievement for production-relevant goals (deadlines, costs, quantities, process reliability, HPV, eHPV, quality and content).
    • Planning, monitoring, controlling and ensuring the execution of work packages in terms of performance, capacities, costs, deadlines and quality.
    • Development of a project structure and process plan (work packages, deadlines, etc.) together with the Industrialisation PMO, as well as agreement of targets within the project organization.
    • Analysis of the target and actual data during the course of the project and identification of needs for action, and proposed solutions to reach the targets.
    • Introduction of production concerns into the project or other functional areas in the project (development support and other areas).
    • Commissioning of functional groups to investigate production alternatives.
    • Representation of the product project with regard to production in the relevant committees and with contracted resources for methods, processing, work-instructions, line and equipment builds, installation, commissioning, and launches.
    • Regular information to the Program teams, the Facilities teams, and the Operating groups (eg. UK and EU) regarding the current status of the project work.
    • Implementing project and product goals by means of target agreements with the technical and facilities teams.
    • Compliance with the conditions of all responsible systems (process safety, quality, quantities, HPV, eHPV, cost, and morale).
    • The manufacturability of the products in series systems and the short and long-term ability to match target to actual.
    • Support product launches, with supplemental problem-solving capabilities and feedback through to Engineering, Support Departments, and Chief Engineer functions.
    • Coordinate and help train an Advance Manufacturing Engineering ad hoc team prior to launch(es), to achieve group objectives and maximise product, process, equipment, and methods readiness.

    • The Automation Engineer will support the project team in facilitating production goals of the Grenadier Program. Starting from the initial engineering reviews with the line builders through commissioning stage towards final acceptance, assuring the equipment and processes have been delivered in accordance with the INEOS specification and related legislations.
