  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • Develop and deliver a strategy to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of all L&D activities for the Business and Manufacturing sites, including implement systems, processes and controls to ensure the business has the collective enterprise capability to deliver the L&D strategy today and in the future.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage the Learning and Development team to ensure the quality and cost-effective delivery of all L&D activities in line with business demand.
    • Identify, design, deliver and evaluate relevant leadership, behavioral and interpersonal development programs.
    • Define and deliver scope of contracts with all 3rd parties to ensure the recruitment and training of competent, qualified technicians, operators and paint engineers in line with business succession planning, requirements and industry standards.
    • Analyse and interpret the KPI data for the INEOS Automotive leadership team to provide assurance of program delivery and identify opportunities for improvement or intervention.
    • Design and lead annual Apprentice Development program recruitment process to ensure quality recruits are selected and future site succession planning needs are met.
    • Establish good working relationships with the necessary external bodies and internal INEOS functions to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and ensure best practice.
    • Implement, manage, evaluate and control all 3rd party training contracts ensuring professional delivery.
    • Develop and maintain all transactional L&D procedures and processes to enable accurate and legally compliant maintenance of employee training records.
    • Set and control L&D budget.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE
    • Strong working knowledge of L&D, gained through: Professional qualification plus 10 years; HNC plus extensive experience > 20 years in industry.
    • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
    • Able to demonstrate working with change and transformation.
    • Experience in leading multi-functional teams across different locations, including manufacturing sites for operations.
    • Significant experience with senior stakeholders and able to evidence implementing long term plans.
    • Deep knowledge of online learning tools, techniques and vendors.

  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • The Logistics Manager will set up the Supply Chain for the designated INEOS manufacturing location including; internal material flow from external logistic providers to the point of use in manufacturing. The job holder will manage all activities to ensure that the supply of materials is delivered to the point of use in manufacturing, including external INEOS locations, ensuring minimum stock levels within the supply chain.  
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Plan, develop, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
    • Ensure an efficient material flow from logistic service provider to the point of use in manufacturing. 
    • Understand and manage risks to minimise impact on production schedule.
    • Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.

    • Lead the HR Function in the UK Manufacturing facility to provide high quality and cost-effective services to all businesses to ensure consistent, motivational and legally compliant solutions are delivered, thus enabling businesses to leverage the best from its people.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop and implement an HR strategy for UK manufacturing that provides alignment across all businesses while enabling business flexibility where appropriate.

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE
    • Seasoned HR professional (7yrs+), degree or relevant qualification. 
    • Deep expertise in all HR generalist areas, (e.g. recruitment/ exit management/ performance management/succession planning/ salary management etc.)  and knowledge of several specialist areas such as employment law, compensation and benefits, resourcing, employee relations.
    • Working knowledge of payroll systems and process, and good practice in developing, implementing and improvement in all HR transactional activities.
    • Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills at all levels – ability to influence effectively.
    • Ability to understand the business issues within the specific sector.

  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • As a Passive Safety CAE/Lead you will work in a OEM new product development environment that develops On Road and Off-Road Vehicles from concept to launch. One of the key deliverables of this position is obtaining certification approvals for entering to Grenadier target markets (USA FMVSS, EU and RoW). You will interact with cross functional teams to ensure our products meet all applicable Passive Safety regulations.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage and monitor all restraint system development from suppliers, from component to system level, to archive USA FMVSS and EU Passive Safety Regulations.
    • Work with vehicle program teams to provide Passive Safety regulatory guidance and where necessary address Passive Safety issues. 
    • Develop and deliver an effective and efficient homologation and regulatory process focused on passive safety topics together with homologation manager.
    • Provide guidance and information on passive safety regulations and amendments to the business including Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Commercial. 
    • Manage testing of vehicle programs to address passive safety compliance requirements. 
    • Support the development and maintenance of internal policies and processes related to the application, implementation, enforcement and audit of all policies, standards and regulations.
    • Work with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to ensure compliance of products in the respective markets where the products will be sold.
    • Prepare, review and submit type regulatory approval documents and drawings to applicable regulatory bodies.
    • Work as an active member of the Engineering team, ensure effective communication between colleagues and positive contribute to meetings and briefings. 
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE
    • Experience in automotive Passive Safety development, CAE Simulation analysis; will be able to demonstrate direct knowledge of automotive design and engineering process, from concept to industrialisation.
    • Minimum 6 years automotive experience in similar role.
    • Engineering Degree or similar.
    • Extensive experience with CAE and Passive Safety regulations and testing/procedures.
    • Demonstrated experience working with various government bodies is required.
    • Knowledge of vehicle Passive Safety systems, Restraint System integration, Misuse, and Airbag calibrations.
    • Able to develop and maintain the respect and trust of government agency employees.
    • Research regulatory requirements and effectively negotiate as needed. 
    • Strong time management, planning, integrity, and teambuilding skills. 
    • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10% of the time).

    • The PLM Technical Support Engineer will be responsible to implement, configure and ensure the reliable running of the PLM system and its related interfaces.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responsible for the installation and configuration of a new PLM infrastructure based on Siemens TeamCenter and its interfaces (ERP, collaboration with suppliers).
    • Creation of the associated documentation.
    • Delivery of new solutions, e.g. via customisation of PLM or interfaces systems in your area of responsibility.

    • Analysis and evaluation of the requirements in your area of responsibility.

  • OVERVIEW OF ROLE
    • The purpose of the role is to meet the financial management and transactional needs of INEOS Automotive GmbH and provide support to the Managing Director on financial matters.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Ensure all statutory reporting requirements are met including preparation and filing of annual financial statements, corporation tax and VAT returns.
    • Provide timely and accurate financial information to the Managing Director.
    • Handle the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including payroll, invoice processing, supplier payments and inter-company recharging.
    • Control the month end process and complete all system transactions as necessary.
    • Plan and manage the annual audit.  
    • Support the central finance team in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, cash management, ad hoc requirements.

    • The Functional and Safety Lead will be responsible for supporting the implementation of functional safety measures at project level in accordance with ISO 26262 and functional safety processes (eg. technical safety concept)  for Road and Off-Road Vehicles from concept to launch.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • View any legal restrictions versus predecessor’s vehicles; working with partners and contractors internationally – specifically but not limited to Europe, America and Middle East.
    • Data and documentation management; quality, safety management; a close working relationship with the Engineering Manager, Production, and Commercial team.
    • Implementation of functional safety measures at the project level in accordance with ISO 26262 and functional safety processes.
    • Work with vehicle program teams to implement functional safety.
    • Active collaboration with the Functional Safety Manager (FSM).
    • Supporting the project teams in functional safety for vehicle systems (embedded software, hardware and mechanics) in the development process (ISO26262).
    • Implementation and evaluation of safety analysis (FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, CPA, FFI, DFA).
    • Participation in tool classification and qualification /Participation and support in Safety Assessments /Active participation in hardware and software design.
    • Participation in test specifications as well as evaluation of the test results.

    • The Material Planning Manager will be responsible for integrating the production material suppliers into our end to end supply chain. The job holder will manage all activities to ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels.

    • Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
    • Monitor inventory levels within the whole Supply Chain against agreed target levels.
    • Minimise obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.
    • Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organisation.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production.
    • Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands.
    • Develop and implement processes and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in conjunction with members of the purchasing team.
