Your Career: As the Customer Service Manager of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

The Role: Our Customer Service Manager will lead strategy from development to implementation to day-to-day running, ensuring our global customer base receive an industry leading experience either directly by INEOS or through our retail network. Responsible for the control and resolution of customer issues in a manner which actively upholds our brand integrity and values.

INEOS Automotive: Our goal of manufacturing, launching, and delivering an uncompromising, best-in-class 4x4 is in sight. Since our inception in 2017 and despite the global challenges of 2020, we have accomplished our desired milestones in 2021. As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4x4 in 2022. As the Customer Service Manager you will play a huge part in this. For the Customer Service Manager we are looking for an individual who will:

  • Manage the Customer Services function ensuring that Grenadier owner and prospect enquiries are dealt with in a manner befitting of the brand and in line with key performance targets (KPI’s)
  • Have experience of setting up a global, multi-lingual customer service team, both employed and via an outsourced provider
  • Manage, motivate and develop the Customer Services team ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
  • Strategically manage the Voice of the Customer programme (customer satisfaction) ensuring that key findings inform future business direction
  • Ensure that Grenadier customers remain loyal to the brand through rapid issue resolution, open communication and professional team conduct
