    OVERVIEW:
    • The Data Architect will take overall responsibility for the development of the data architecture for the company’s IT systems. The Data Architect will set out the data architecture principles, provide clear data models and control documents that will enable the implementation of a robust information management framework. This will include establishing an organisational data information framework, introducing appropriate data standards, ensuring good data governance principles are adhered to and ensuring an efficient flow of data between IT systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, PLM, Websites etc.) Build out a big data/data analytics platform in the next 3 months. The incumbent should have experience of systems integration in a cloud environment and take responsibility for various data/information/integration related projects.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Define information/data strategy and roadmap.
    • Develop and maintain the data architecture covering business, technology, application and the respective data flows.
    • Establish data standards, principles and practices to provide for effective governance.
    • Accountable for information and data architecture decision-making of standardising information systems and processes.
    • Establish data solution designs and the approach for how data are defined and developed.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The BI Developer will be responsible for the scope, design, build, management, and oversight of all major dashboard designs within the organisation, providing robust reporting/analytical solutions to support strategic aims. This is a key role within the organisation that will require coordination and control of data manipulation and translation across divisional siloes, including dealing with key stakeholders across the organisation.
    • The BI Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI and Data Warehouse solutions, transforming data into useful Business insight that helps to drive tactical and strategic decision making through relevant dashboards and reports.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Design and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models to support new and existing Data Warehouse projects.

    OVERVIEW:
    • This role will assist in the delivery of digital activity for INEOS Automotive, taking responsibility for day to day optimisation of the Grenadier website by managing partner agencies to develop, implement and deliver data driven content and website functionality to positively impact the engagement and conversion rates of the website.
    • The expectation will be the incumbent also will execute all search engine activity to bring the strategy to life in collaboration with partner agencies.

    • Expected the incumbent will have earned a relevant Undergraduate Degree in Marketing.
    • Minimum 2 years’ digital marketing experience for a well-established brand; e-commerce or automotive experience highly desirable; managed budgets desirable; experience co-ordinating several agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.
    • Experience working with multiple markets/regions outside of the UK desirable.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Construction Site Lead will develop and deliver the construction project, related to Land, Buildings, Infrastructure and Utilities ensuring that everything is in place to accommodate the installation and safety acceptance of machinery and equipment, and office space whilst ensuring that we meet our legal obligations for compliance across all areas of Health, Safety and Environmental impact, to meet the SOP date.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • The Construction Site Lead will ensure that all facilities are in place on-time for the installation of machinery, equipment and offices and ensure long term operability of the plant after SOP.
    • Meet Industrialisation time schedule and Opex/Capex budget related to Land, Buildings Infrastructure and Utilities.
    • Assist in the selection, pre-qualification and hiring and subsequently lead and manage external, competent contractors responsible for construction and/or refurbishment of the facilities.
    • Assist in projects for the design, and construction of buildings and infrastructure that meet manufacturing requirements with fit for purpose technology and meet relevant building standards for legal compliance, for the benefit of productivity and product cost.
    • Provide the business with support and technical evaluation for the hiring of competent contractors, purchase of capital equipment related to facilities, maintaining good communication with purchasing staff, to ensure purchase of suitable equipment and ensuring that equipment is installed in line with necessary EU directives and ‘bought off’ via a safety acceptance process.
    • Ensure risk assessments and hazard identification are carried out for all tasks being undertaken by all under the direct control of the job holder and implement any necessary control measures. Develop daily ‘line up’ meetings between contractors to ensure no conflicts in task planning and arrange for daily monitoring to ensure safe work practices.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM, and be able to demonstrate direct knowledge of the automotive manufacturing design and launch process, from concept to industrialisation.
    • A detailed knowledge of Safety, Health and Environmental legislation and the necessary requirements needed to ensure safe work practices and legislative compliance.
    • Technical undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science, with further study in Business.
    • Board level experience.
    • Intimate automotive operations know-how gained over a long career in automobile manufacturing, SHE qualifications an advantage.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivery.
    • The incumbent must be able to build effective working relationships with internal clients and external supply chain.

    • Working closely alongside the Head of Retail Network Development and wider Commercial teams. The role requires to implement and manage the development and maintenance of the route to market strategy, work on the details, analyse and make recommendations of different strategic concepts.     • Support the activities of the Procurement and Supply Chain team in a busy London office through a exciting phase in the project.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • To create PR for the requirements procurement, spend through development process.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The SharePoint (Document) Administrator will take responsibility for the organisation of the company’s document management requirements. This includes working with the business and partners to identify the most appropriate document management platform(s), adopting a working approach to centralise as much as where practically possible. Ensure that documents are made available to the appropriate consumers – whether direct through the document management solution, or 3rd party systems e.g. SAP, SalesForce, Teamcenter, HR and common project management platforms. Take ownership for the day-to-day governance of document eco-system including creation/upkeep of user/group permissions, data classification and security of documents.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Work with third party solution providers and implementation partners to implement an appropriate cloud-based document management approach.
    • Work with third party solution providers and implementation partners to implement an appropriate document management solution to ensure core IT systems can access documents in an efficient appropriate manner.
    • Work with the Data Architect to define and implement relevant document management governance framework.

    OVERVIEW:
    • Support the IT department to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations. This will include, but not be limited to, general administration tasks such as maintaining the departmental calendar, ensuring task lists for the different teams are kept up-to-date, coordinate and track supplier activity, tracking team movements, raising of IT purchase requisitions (PRs), arranging various meetings and workshops including distributing agendas/minutes.     OVERVIEW:
    • The Cost Engineer will evaluate different technologies, processes and supplier quotes to support engineering as well as procurement selecting the most appropriate design. The quote analysis will also be used by procurement for negotiating the best cost for the production material.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Category Specialist will lead and develop the procurement strategy for selected Categories of the Production Material using his experience to ensure that the business is.

    OVERVIEW:
    • A senior leadership role responsible for developing, defining and then delivering the go-to-market strategy for continental Europe, our single most important market region.

    • As an Emissions Certification & Compliance Lead you will work in a OEM new product development environment that develops On Road and Off-Road Vehicles from concept to launch.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Manufacturing Engineering Lead – Paint position is charged with facilitating the production goals of the Grenadier Program for process safety, quality, timing, costs, efficiency (HPV, eHPV). The ME-Paint is the architect of the shop methods and processes, and the representative of Manufacturing.
    • The ME Lead - Paint must ensure the feasibility of the products, prove and guarantee the buildability of the products, in the trail builds, and series production, for launch through to the long-term capacity of the system. The ME-Paint Manager supports the MPPL, as they create the methods, processes, and capacities of the total production process.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensuring target achievement for production-relevant goals (deadlines, costs, quantities, process reliability, HPV, eHPV, quality and content).
    • Planning, monitoring, controlling and ensuring the execution of work packages in terms of performance, capacities, costs, deadlines and quality.
    • Development of a project structure and process plan (work packages, deadlines, etc.) together with the Industrialisation PMO, as well as agreement of targets within the project organization.

    OVERVIEW:
    • The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible to assemble and manage a team of employees and contractors that will take care of non-production related facility issues such as grounds keeping, plumbing, electricity, HVAC, canteen, fencing, gym, security, building maintenance and repair etc.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Participate in the construction of the facility to gain as much knowledge as possible on how to best maintain the facility as it goes into operation.
    • Secure a team of direct employees and contractors, in close cooperation with HR and Procurement, that has the ability to provide day to day facilities support ensuring as safe, secure and cost-effective work environment.
    • In close cooperation with Procurement acquire tools and equipment nessesary to maintain and operate the facility on a day to day basis.
    • Set standards, develop processes related to proper site maintenance and upkeep, ensuring that the facilities are safe and up to code.
    • Ensure risk assessments and hazard identification are carried out for all tasks being undertaken by you, your team and sub-contractors under your direct control. Implement any necessary control measures and risk assessments according to INEOS Automotive SHE standards.
    • Ensure reactive maintenance is completed as needed to ensure the safe and continued running of all facilities. To be done promptly and recorded into the maintenance system, adding preventative tasks where possible to reduce the need for reactive maintenance in future.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • The incumbent will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience gained in an operational environment for Industrial Facility Management and Maintenance leading staff and outsourced resources.
    • A good contact network and experience in outsourcing services.
    • Experience in managing budgets.
    • Excellent facilities management skills, with a track record of delivery.
    • The incumbent must be able to build effective working relationships with internal clients and external supply chain.
    • Good balance between achieving short-term objectives (finding solutions to issues) and long-term planning (ensure proper day-to-day maintenance).

    OVERVIEW:
    • Context: The manufacture of an uncompromising 4 x 4 automotive vehicle is a new departure for INEOS.
    • The role will cover all necessary Supplier Quality activities during the product generation phase end the serial production phase.
    • During the product generation phase the Supplier Quality Engineer will evaluate suppliers to ensure that from a quality perspective INEOS source the most adequate suppliers. Plan and control all necessary supplier during the product generation phase. In addition, the employee will manage the supplier maturity gate process to safeguard the ramp up of serial production.
    • The job holder will conduct supplier quality monitoring as well as supplier development to maintain high quality product supply and continuously improve product and process quality of our suppliers. The job holder also manages supplier activities within product changes and takes care about needed requalification.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Supplier evaluation before nomination for serial production and during serial production.
    • Continuous monitoring of supplier quality performance and classify each supplier into a certain performance category.
    • Identify supplier quality risk, define actions and ensure availability of parts in the requested quality along the project milestones.
    • Supplier development to maintain and improve product and process quality through risk assessments, FMEA reviews and on-site process analysis.
    • Identify and implement cost down measures through process and product analysis to support continuous EBIT optimization of INEOS.
    • Management of supplier quality claims covering evaluation of 8D reports, measure definition and monitoring as well as claim closure.
    • Management of the maturity gate process for suppliers’ production process, equipment and tooling during project phase.
    • Ensure the serial production readiness before vehicle launch and during serial production in case of relocations, technical changes or supplier changes.
    • Management of the supplier APQP and PPAP process.
    • On-site supplier assessments and audits.
    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    The incumbent will have a minimum of:

    • Ideally 3-7 years’ experience gained at either a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM.
    • Able to demonstrate direct knowledge of automotive supplier quality management from concept-through-industrialisation-to-operation.
    • Experience in leading cross functional change management projects.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivery.
    • Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • There will be significant travel involved in the role.

    OVERVIEW:
    • We are looking for an experienced candidate with strong technical computer and systems background to join our team in Estarreja as Senior Desktop Support Engineer.
    • Activities will include configuration and deployment of desktop hardware and software in both a hands-on and administrative capacity.
    • The successful candidate will join our Service Desk function and help lead our local team so any leading experience will be beneficial. As a senior member you will be expected to provide guidance and assistance to the other members of the team.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Act as the initial, single point of contact for Service Desk queries.
    • Ensure technical support SLA are adhered to.
    • Ensure a timely, consistent desktop build is deployed to new starters.
    • Deploying and supporting a Windows 10 desktop environment.
    • Installing and supporting common productivity suites e.g. Office 365.
    • Administering a cloud-hosted telephony environment.
    • Supporting mobile iOS and Android devices.
    • Administering a Mobile Device Management policy framework (Intune).
    • Security, vulnerability and malware threat prevention.
    • Data protection and data loss prevention.
    • Ensuring the availability and support of internal IT infrastructure.
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network.
    • Administering and supporting our multi-functional printer devices.

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • 5-7 years of experience of working within an IT Service Desk environment.
    • Proven IT Support experience in a busy IT Service Desk, Operations or technical support environment working based on ITIL practices.
    • ITIL qualification is essential.
    • Active Directory knowledge - creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc. including basic Security and Distribution Group administration. Experience with Azure AD will be an advantage.
    • Certification and experience in MS Windows/Server/Azure/O365 - is desirable.
    • A cloud qualification will be an advantage.
    • Previous experience managing incidents and requests using an ITSM toolset within the ITIL framework.
    • Building, configuring and deploying desktop environments with commonly used desktop imaging tools with strong knowledge on Windows 10.
    • Demonstrable experience supporting Microsoft Office 365.
    • Exposure to and experience of supporting desktop configuration and deployment of commonly used systems in manufacturing environments e.g. PLM, ERP and CRM.
    • Experience on switching and routing will be a plus.
    • With offices in Europe occasional travel will be required as is flexibility and availability for after hours and on-call support.
