From professional surfing to cold-water swimming, Sophie Hellyer has always been drawn to the power of the water. After her surfing career, Sophie found a new challenge in the raw beauty of wild swimming — a practice that pushes her limits while connecting her to nature and herself.
"When you first dive into that cold water, it does take your breath away. For me, that is when that big reset button hits and you feel completely cleansed, everything just washes away. The water really forces you to be in the moment, you can't really think about anything else."
