In Australia, INEOS Grenadier has partnered with the organiser of the world’s most remote music festival.

Support Act

In 2024, the Outback Music Festival Group held the iconic Big Red Bash and the Mundi Mundi Bash. Festivalgoers enjoyed live performances from iconic Australian rock artists, such as The Living End, Ian Moss and Vanessa Amarosi. And our ultimate 4X4 was there to support.

Days’ Drive Away

Billed as the world’s remotest music festival, the Big Red Bash took place in the Simpson Desert, Queensland, from 2nd-4th July. Whilst the Mundi Mundi Bash took place 15th-17th August, near Broken Hill, New South Wales.

Both festivals happened in the great Australian Outback, under open skies, against stunning backdrops. Both were days’ drives from the nearest cities, where the road trip to get there was all part of the adventure.

Road Trip

We travelled over 2,000kms through epic wilderness to attend both festivals. For the Big Red Bash at Birdsville, over 700 others drove, too, with over 14,000 people in attendance.

Off-Roadies

As part of INEOS’ sponsorship of the event, the team used four Grenadier vehicles to help put on the event. Towing the team’s caravans, kit trailers and more, as well as driven around the festival site to ensure the event ran smoothly.

Performing Live In The Desert

We were also able to wowed the crowds with our 4X4’s performance. Offering rides with professional drivers. Tackling the iconic dunes of Birdsville, and the Mundi Mundia plains as seen in ‘Furiosa: The Mad Max Saga’.
